“I was really nervous to start the Whole30. I’m a college student whose diet has pretty dependent on late-night pizza and microwave ramen over the last couple years, and I was anxious to cut these things out. However, I knew I wanted to give the Whole30 a try because I had heard so many success stories, and I wanted to know for myself if it really worked. After about 12 days, I started waking up with more energy. I stayed full for longer after breakfast in the morning. I had the motivation to exercise for the first time in awhile.
